NATIONAL OFFICE
Over the history of our Society, the 'office' has moved several times. It is located so as to be convenient for the administration. At present, it is located near Alliston, Ontario.
Our office is the repository for the official records of the Society. All the following documents are kept there:
copies of registration certificates
pure & half welsh
index cards with transfer information
copies of membership slips
copies of prefix slips
originals' of stud books
accounts and financial records
articles of incorporation
min. of ag. approvals for constitution
Our secretary, Jennifer Parsons does the Minutes of Meetings and oversees the general business of the Society. Our accounts are looked after by our accountant, Ray Dabrowski.
In addition, our secretary is in the office one day a week to look after current business, including sending out information packages to new members and new owners and filling orders for books. She answers general enquires and sends out information on registrations & transfers. These enquiries come in by mail, phone and email.
Monthly executive meetings are held at the office.
